Guy Carpenter – Intermediary Role

– Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
The role serves as an intermediary between clients and reinsurers, handling the processing of technical transactions, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing timely payment settlements, and securing year‑end collateral. It also involves collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
Act as an intermediary between clients and reinsurers
Process technical transactions (e.g., invoicing and reporting) and ensure they meet contractual obligations
Manage the timely settlement of payments and secure year‑end collateral
Collaborate with peers to innovate and improve service delivery
Client Relationship Management – Senior Analyst (Athens, Greece)
Serve as first point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondences, and manage communications.
Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting research, benchmarking, and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
Support colleagues by managing day‑to‑day account tasks including billing, calendar coordination, and liaising between internal senior professionals and business accounts.
Manage account concerns or issues and address small and complex problems in a timely manner, applying judgement on escalation.
Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction, report results to senior colleagues with context and suggestions.
Begin to build relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
Maintain fluency in the company’s service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluency in written and spoken English
Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Team‑player, self‑motivated
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple senior stakeholders within a large organization
Leadership attitude and experience in team management
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
