What you will be responsible for: We need a sharp, organized, and proactive Listing Coordinator to help us scale. This isn’t a “sit and file” role. You’ll work closely with the Listing Manager, owning the operational and administrative layers of the listing process so leadership can stay focused on growth – and helping sell Aro Homes quickly, for maximum value, while delivering a great customer experience at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do: Listing Prep & Launch
Coordinate and schedule all listing prep: photography, staging, signage, and disclosure packages.
Compile and deliver complete listing packages to agents for MLS input or manage in-house for direct transactions.
Ensure every home hits the market fully loaded with branded marketing materials.
Marketing Execution
Manage active listings on NewHomeFeed (Zillow & Redfin builder portal) and the Aro Homes website.
Coordinate production of print and digital marketing assets: flyers, brochures, and campaigns.
Log and track all buyer and homeowner details in Aro Homes’ proprietary back‑end software.
Showings & Communication
Serve as the go‑to contact for all showing coordination and agent communication.
Work with the site team to schedule off‑market showings during active construction.
Update and log listing activity and market feedback into the Aro Homes sales dashboard.
Transaction Support
Track all contract deadlines (inspections, appraisals, closings) and flag issues proactively.
Ensure all documents are signed, submitted, and properly filed; coordinate with escrow, title, and lenders.
Build efficient processes and leverage AI tools to automate tasks and reduce cognitive load.
Build on Lot Platform
Organize Build on Lot presentation calls, follow up with homeowners, and coordinate model home visits.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in real estate coordination, transaction management, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of listing processes, MLS compliance, and transaction timelines.
CRM and software proficiency – you track everything and keep systems clean.
A self‑starter who escalates the right things and handles the rest independently.
Strong communicator across agents, clients, and site teams.
Tech‑adaptable: you learn new tools fast, including AI, and actually use them.
