This is an external-facing role interfacing with many stakeholders, as well as intermittent in-terminal engagement with our retailers, partners, and airport stakeholders – alongside collaboration with the internal team. Position Overview

ASUR Airports is seeking an experienced

Senior Manager, Leasing

to lead and execute the commercial leasing strategy at

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) . This role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing concession and retail leases, cultivating strong brand relationships, and collaborating with internal and airport stakeholders to deliver a dynamic, high-performing tenant mix. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in retail or airport leasing, sharp negotiation skills, and a passion for placemaking in high-traffic, fast-paced environments. This role is full-time based at Los Angeles International Airport and will be on-site 5 days a week. Work hours will be coordinated with the team. The role may occasionally require adjusted hours (including early mornings, evenings, or weekends) based on project needs. All scheduling will be managed in accordance with applicable California labor laws, including requirements related to overtime, rest and meal periods, and any local scheduling ordinances, as required. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with ASUR’s commercial objectives at LAX Identify, evaluate, and recruit local, national, and international retail, food & beverage, and service brands Lead lease negotiations, including deal terms, financial structures, and compliance with airport and regulatory requirements Manage relationships with tenants from initial discussions through opening and ongoing performance Collaborate with airport authorities, design, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution Analyze market trends, sales performance, and passenger demographics to inform leasing decisions Prepare leasing proposals, business cases, and presentations for internal leadership and airport partners Support re-merchandising, renewals, and redevelopment initiatives across terminals.
