We opened Sull’Acqua Realty in the spring of 2022 after years of real estate experience coupled with a lifetime of visiting Perdido Key and surrounding areas. Owning and operating our full service real estate brokerage and property management company in Jackson, MS since 2006, and having been part time residents of Perdido Key since 2013, we are thrilled to share our love and knowledge of the Gulf Coast and real estate with our clients!
Damon Wofford is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida; a member of the National Association of Realtors; and an active member of the Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida Realtor Associations, as well as NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent with the flexibility to work from home as necessary. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in property transactions, conducting property showings, and assisting clients with negotiation processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining market expertise, generating leads, marketing properties, and managing contracts and documentation related to real estate transactions. Ideally this person would be a seasoned Real Estate Agent that is looking for a new opportunity, flexibilities and top commission splits that are hard to find in larger real estate brokerages.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate markets
Proficiency in Marketing techniques, Online Listings, and Social Media Management
Attention to detail and strong Organization, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team in a hybrid work environment
A valid real estate license in Alabama and Florida
