The organization, sanitation and cost of operations is to be consistent with the overall Food & Beverage goals and objectives.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:***(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)** Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.* Completes all set-ups on time.* Ensures that beverage supplies are available during services.* Keeps bar clean and odor free at all times.* Adheres to company and departmental policies and procedures.* Is courteous and displays a good attitude.* Performs any reasonable request made by beverage management.* Performs all other related and compatible duties assigned.**NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** Attend seminars when needed.**EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:***(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)*Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Interpersonal skills must include a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, common courtesy towards others and the ability to deal successfully with stressful situations.**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):*** Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.* Must successfully pass background check.* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.* Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.**KNOWLEDGE OF:*** Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.* Must have good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, including a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude, common courtesy towards others and the ability to deal successfully with stressful situations.**ABILITY TO:*** Must be able to stand 50% of shift, walk 45% of shift.* Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with arms and hands.* Must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.**Pay Range:**Pay Range: $2 - $25 #J-18808-Ljbffr
