Real Estate Associate Attorney
to join its growing practice in
Phoenix or Tucson . The firm has built a strong, nationally recognized real estate practice, with a large team of attorneys locally and an integrated platform across multiple offices.
The group represents a broad range of sophisticated clients, including REITs, institutional investors and lenders, private equity sponsors, developers across asset classes, startups, healthcare systems, renewable energy companies, and franchise organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate documents across a full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions
Handle development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing matters
Manage due diligence processes and support transaction closings
Work closely with partners and team members on complex real estate matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactionsStrong experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
