Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Private Client Services
Orion Placement, Glen Allen, VA, United States
Pay:
$108,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
Join a well-established, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm where you can work on sophisticated high net worth tax matters and build deeper client relationships.
Step into a visible role with strong client contact, leadership opportunity, and room to make an impact in a growing private client services practice.
Enjoy meaningful work with affluent individuals, trusts, estates, and related tax planning matters rather than purely volume-driven compliance work.
Benefit from a flexible setup: hybrid in the Richmond area is preferred, relocation assistance is available, and fully remote may be considered for truly standout candidates based on experience.
Earn strong base compensation, year-end bonus potential, and added geographic differential for higher-cost labor markets.
Location:
This role is ideally based in the Richmond, Virginia area and offers a hybrid schedule with several in-office days, especially at the start. For an exceptional candidate with the right high net worth tax background, a fully remote arrangement may be considered.
Note:
Active CPA required for Manager and Senior Manager levels. Candidates should have public accounting experience plus strong high net worth tax experience, or very strong related tax experience with clear interest in specializing further in HNW/private client work.
