Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Representative Join a growing call center in the Valley! Our company has operated for 30 years and has become the largest independent pharmacy benefit solutions company.

Overview This contract‑to‑hire position is located in Tempe, AZ. Work is 100% on‑site.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and make follow‑up calls.

Answer calls and questions about prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information.

Provide excellent customer service with high attention to detail.

Enter information accurately into multiple systems.

Meet quality and accuracy metrics, ranging from 50–100 calls per day depending on complexity.

Track information and update communication with customers using various programs.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of customer service in a call center or office setting.

Available Monday–Sunday between 5 AM‑10 PM (8‑hour shift).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay & Benefits Pay: $21.00 per hour (OT $31.50). Contract‑to‑hire.
