Business Development Manager - IT Staffing Sales

We’re partnering with a growing staffing and consulting firm to hire an experienced IT staffing sales professional in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This is a new business development role focused on selling both IT staffing and project‑based solutions to mid‑size and enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:

Drive new business across IT staffing and consulting services

Sell contract staffing and project‑based (SOW) solutions

Build relationships with hiring managers, directors, and senior leadership

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of IT staffing or consulting sales experience

Proven ability to generate new business

Experience selling staffing and/or project‑based solutions

Comfortable working with enterprise clients and longer sales cycles

Base: $65K–$100K

OTE: $110K–$180K+
