This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Import Specialist based in Little Falls, NJ. The Import Specialist will oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and manage all aspects of import logistics. Responsibilities include facilitating import documentation, coordinating with clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting seamless import, export, and trans‑loading processes. The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

Experience in Import and Export processes, including comprehensive knowledge of documentation and customs requirements Skills in Import Export logistics and expertise in International Trade practices and regulations Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and provide efficient resolutions Keen attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, and proficiency in managing time effectively Familiarity with warehousing and transport operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using logistics and tracking software is a plus
