Compensation $65,000-$70,000

What You’ll Do
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels
Issue purchase orders (POs), verify pricing, and promised delivery dates
Monitor stock levels and reorder raw stock goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory
Work with vendors and suppliers to manage incoming stock and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Oversee the organization of storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
Resolve issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, and delivery delays.
Stay informed about new products, trends, and remain laser focused on cost‑saving opportunities.
Generate inventory reports and metrics, presenting findings to management on a regular basis when reporting is available.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
What Experience You’ll Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control management.
Proficiency in database management and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and recommend solutions.
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with diverse personalities and departments.
