Sr Channel Sales Representative

Job Description As a Senior Channel Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value‑added solutions. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the Western US&C and will work remotely in the states the role covers: Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance.

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value‑added solutions.

Travel up to 50% within Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Qualifications You must have

6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

Experience in sensing technology.

Experience in channel sales preferred.

Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or a person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000–$130,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, and market considerations. This role is incentive eligible.
