Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Outside Sales Account Executive, based in White Plains, NY. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. The ideal candidate should excel in building trust with clients and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate and pitch services to prospective clients.
Strong skills in Lead Generation and New Business Development to identify and engage potential customers.
Proficiency in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Proactive and results‑driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on‑site client visits.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
