clients is seeking a skilled HubSpot Specialist to support ongoing implementations and workflow optimisation.

Role Overview The agency is looking for an organised and detail‑oriented HubSpot Specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of

Service Hub

and

Sales Hub , including clients transitioning from Professional to Enterprise. The role involves auditing client portals, improving workflows, and interfacing directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective HubSpot configurations.

This is a part‑time position (approx. 20 hours per week) with potential to increase depending on performance, demand, and ability to contribute to strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audits of client HubSpot portals and websites.

Analyse, document, and optimise client workflows across Service Hub and Sales Hub.

Manage ongoing requests from clients for workflow, process, and automation improvements.

Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, gather technical specifications, and provide solutions.

Support clients migrating or upgrading within the HubSpot ecosystem (e.g., Professional → Enterprise).

Stay current with HubSpot product updates and apply relevant enhancements to client accounts.

Collaborate with internal team members and contractors to deliver high‑quality, consistent results.

Essential Requirements

HubSpot Certified

(non‑negotiable) with strong knowledge of Sales Hub and Service Hub.

Demonstrated experience auditing, documenting, and improving workflows within HubSpot.

Strong client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to interpret and translate requirements.

Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.

Awareness of the latest HubSpot rollouts and product updates.

Preferred Skills

Experience using AI tools within HubSpot (e.g., HubSpot's AI features).

Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools (beneficial but not essential).

Strategic marketing or CRM advisory experience.

Working Structure

Approximately

20 hours per week , with room to increase if strategy work is incorporated.

Manage between

3-6 clients , depending on demand.

Fully remote working environment.
