The Replenishment Manager will own key customer supply chain, replenishment and demand‑planning responsibilities that position the company to deliver best‑in‑class KPI metrics. This individual will drive operational strategies during holidays to align with the customer on inventory expectations and optimal replenishment settings that achieve high forecast accuracy, high in‑stock metrics, and best‑in‑class OTIF scores.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with retailers to align strategic business objectives and initiatives, evaluating root cause and communicating PO on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) issues that result in optimized lane, lead time, and ship‑point constraints.

Manage modular shipment tracking to ensure seamless execution, providing reports and tracking for retailers.

Build and process Walmart Ladder Plan weekly.

Act as subject‑matter expert in customer supply chain and replenishment, developing joint execution plans that coordinate actions with key stakeholders: Sales Directors, Sales Ops Manager, and customer replenishment & supply‑chain teams.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with retailer replenishment teams to assure mutual buy‑in for seasonal strategies that drive topline sales and profit.

Proactively analyze weekly performance and provide action plans to drive sales via GRS settings or policies.

Maximize in‑stock levels while meeting product‑turn expectations.

Utilize Retail Link to provide ad hoc analytical support to drive key programs and replenishment recommendations.

Deliver exceptional weekly reporting that highlights opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with Sales Director and Sales Operations Manager by providing timely and accurate customer forecast and replenishment information back into corporate integrated planning processes.

Balance customer and internal focus on business issues (i.e., product supply, forecasting, inventory decisions).

Collaborate with internal operations team driving efficiency initiatives.

Champion innovative ideas and solutions for continuous improvement within the team and the customer.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science preferred, or extensive relevant work experience.

Keen understanding of and experience in CPG businesses.

Preferred 3‑5+ years’ experience in replenishment, supply chain, sales forecasting and inventory management.

Deep knowledge of Walmart’s GRS & TMS systems.

Strong Retail Link skills (Aspen, Scintilla, NOVA).

Strong oral and written communication skills.

High proficiency in Excel and overall analytical background.

Ability to work in a collaborative, team‑based environment that develops relationships across functional stakeholders.

High energy and sense of urgency, strategic thinker, self‑starter, and strong effective multitasker.

Located in the Bentonville area preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $92,900—$118,700 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
