Safety Coordinator
The Safety Coordinator supports the implementation and daily execution of Frampton Construction’s safety program across active jobsites. This role works closely with project teams and field leadership to reinforce safety standards, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of accountability and care.
Field Safety Support Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits, assist with daily safety planning and pre‑task meetings, monitor compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations, support incident response, documentation, and follow‑up actions, train and document safety orientations and toolbox talks, maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation, and track training certifications and required safety credentials.
Risk Awareness & Prevention Identify potential hazards and work with field leadership to mitigate risk, reinforce safe work practices with subcontractors and craft personnel, and elevate significant safety concerns to the Safety Manager or Director.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to integrate safety into daily operations, support company‑wide safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
