Staff Product Manager - Intuit Data Exchange

Come join Intuit Data Exchange as a Staff Product Manager. We are a platform team that connects Intuit’s market leading products such as QuickBooks, MailChimp, TurboTax and Credit Karma to an ecosystem of 20,000+ data providers and apps. In this role, you will drive the development of connection widgets, creating awesome and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative agentic AI features, creating awesome and intuitive experiences for data in.

Design and execute data-driven experiments (including A/B testing and user studies) to validate hypotheses and agentic AI effectiveness related to data-in experiences

Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products

Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights

Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations

Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support

Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release

Identify, track and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress towards achieving goals and ensure continuous improvement for the product portfolio

Qualifications

5+ years industry experience designing and delivering world-class software products in a technical product management role

3+ years demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle for a small business or enterprise product offering

Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, or Conversational AI to solve challenging user problems at scale

Strong technical skills with experience in developing technical requirements documentation, UX design, and development of functional specifications

Strong technical intuition; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering on system architecture, model capabilities, APIs, and technical trade-offs , able to translate complex AI concepts or technical / platform needs into clear product requirements

Thought leadership: staying ahead of trends in Agentic AI, AI/ML, and related technologies, sharing learnings with the team to continuously raise the bar

Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

In depth knowledge of app development strategies and technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area, CA: $180,500-$244,000
