What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research based on defined project needs
Develop research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and study materials aligned to project objectives
Analyze findings, synthesize themes, and produce clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Communicate results through written reports, readouts, and concise stakeholder-facing deliverables
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure research outputs are understood and applied
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting user research in industry, agency, or consulting
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
Demonstrated experience selecting appropriate methods and executing end-to-end research from planning through presentation
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate research into actionable product recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Fluency in AI tools to support research workflows, including synthesis and summarization
Experience with core RX improvements and broad utilization methods/analysis
Familiarity with consumer product industry experience
Experience using AI-assisted tools like Claude, Gemini, and chat projects
