Key Responsibilities
Create compelling designs for various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics
Design and update our company website to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for various campaigns and promotions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all design materials
Conduct research and gather inspiration to develop innovative and creative designs
Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to the team and clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in web design and social media graphics is a plus
