Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing activities, including project pursuits, proposals, branding, strategic planning, and overall company positioning. You will collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and business development teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our company’s visibility and growth opportunities. The role includes designing and producing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, as well as managing various tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development & Coordination: Manage the development and production of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other submittals. Collaborate with business development, project managers, and leadership to craft sales strategies, win themes, and competitive positioning.

Proposal Writing & Editing: Write, edit, proofread, and design proposal packages, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, LOIs, and SOQs. Ensure all materials are compliant, high‑quality, and delivered on time.

Design & Graphics: Design visually appealing layouts and graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Coordinate the production of collateral materials and photography.

Event Coordination & Public Relations: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, and client meetings. Draft copy for public relations activities, award submittals, and articles. Develop marketing materials and coordinate public relations campaigns.

Market Research & Data Management: Conduct research on target markets, clients, and project opportunities. Support the development and maintenance of the marketing database, including project sheets, resumes, and firm overviews. Assist in managing and organizing information for proposals and presentations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with project leads, subcontractors, and other partners in project pursuits. Participate in planning meetings and attend client‑related events to build relationships and gather insights.

Branding & Strategic Initiatives: Support the overall branding and positioning of the company. Assist in the development of strategic marketing initiatives and provide competitor analysis and selection panel profiling when needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience. AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) experience preferred. Experience with the proposal process is highly desired.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
