POSITION SUMMARY: The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across assigned Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on paid social media campaigns. This role drives revenue, ticket sales, VIP table bookings, and brand visibility through paid social strategy, performance marketing, content execution, and online platform optimization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, with deep expertise in paid social campaign management and the ability to build data‑driven social advertising strategies while confidently overseeing daily execution across all digital channels. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, creatively compelling, and aligned with measurable revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive ticket sales and table bookings.

Own audience targeting, creative testing, campaign structure optimization, and Meta pixel implementation across all assigned venue accounts.

Build and manage campaign architectures that eliminate audience overlap and establish clear territory for each venue.

Implement and optimize conversion tracking, including platform pixel setup, GA4 integration, and attribution modeling.

Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze creative performance and audience data, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.

Manage substantial paid social budgets across multiple ad accounts with accountability to ROAS targets and conversion goals.

Collaborate with brand and design teams on ad creative development and provide strategic direction on visual content.

Execute A/B testing strategies for dynamic creative optimization and audience segmentation.

Support influencer partnerships, user‑generated content campaigns, and social commerce initiatives.

Provide regular performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Stay current on paid social platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on paid social media, preferably within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or ticketed events.

Expert‑level proficiency in Meta Business Manager (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS.

Deep understanding of audience targeting creative testing, campaign structure optimization, and Meta pixel implementation.

Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, and emerging social advertising platforms.

Proven ability to manage several ad accounts across multiple platforms.

Strong creative eye with ability to collaborate on ad creative development and provide strategic direction on visual content.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.

Experience with A/B testing, dynamic creative optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.

Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
