Immediate Opening: Huston Automotive Group is hiring a Car Wash Specialist at our Central BuickGMC dealership in Winter Haven.

The position pays $15/hour with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Cleans interior and exterior of vehicles
Vacuums and cleans interior of vehicle
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous car wash / detailing experience is desired.
Ability to operate equipment to perform detailing functions.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Saturday required
Candidates must meet our pre-employment screening requirements.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License
Computer Skills: Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Attendance Expectations: The scheduled shift is 9am-6pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch. Punctuality and perfect attendance are key for this position. While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, consistent presence is crucial.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Environment Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet (non-weather) and outdoor weather conditions. Duties are performed primarily in a designated detailing area of the dealership, but may extend to various areas throughout the facility, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement in and out of cars, contact with vehicle cleaning products, and limited interaction with customers.
