Corporate Real Estate (CRE) CRE at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL Group business units worldwide. Job Purpose Execute plans and smaller transactions to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio and provide input to portfolio planning. Typically, you will be responsible for a defined portfolio area.
Your Tasks
Provide support and input into the development of portfolio plans and execution of smaller transactions to maximize value of the CRE portfolio.
Develop real‑estate scenarios via financial analysis and assess real‑estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunities.
Maintain an advanced understanding of local real‑estate markets.
Negotiate the best outcome for selected transactions and present opportunities to business colleagues in a standardized format to allow for comparison.
Document and record standard process and ensure all internal transaction reporting is complete and fully aligned with the BU.
Liaise with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams, as well as CRE & some GBS colleagues on smaller transactions to ensure the solution aligns with business requirements.
Your Profile
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) as well as internet software and AI functions.
