Support development of media and marketing strategies for RFP responses and proactive proposals
Assist in translating advertiser objectives and audience insights into structured media plan recommendations
Analyze campaign performance data, audience intelligence, and historical benchmarks
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategies are operationally feasible
Partner with Creative Studio teams to align media recommendations with creative execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in marketing, strategy, analytics, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in media planning, marketing strategy, analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to translate data and insights into clear planning recommendations
2+ years of pharma industry experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting RFP responses or proposal development
Familiarity with media planning tools, audience data platforms, or campaign analytics
Exposure to digital advertising, healthcare media, or marketing analytics environments
Experience developing presentations or proposal materials that communicate strategic recommendations
