Previous automotive sales experience is not required for this position. Those with experience in customer service, account management/account executive, financial services, mortgage, and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to automotive sales. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Consultant with Loyalty Automotive!
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers with vehicle selection
Review specific model options and features along with Loyalty’s added value service offerings
Review finance options
Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehicles
Follow through with customers after the sale
Attend staff meetings, training and other activities as required
Requirements for the position:
Ability to close and negotiate
Strong written and verbal communications
