In addition to building supplies, we provide an Equipment and Party Rental Center along with small engine service and sales. Our team is dedicated to assisting customers with expertise and personalized solutions for their specific needs.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in the central Wisconsin area. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will work closely with clients to create customized design solutions by utilizing their expertise in kitchen and bath layouts. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, creating innovative designs, advising on cabinetry and materials, preparing project estimates, and coordinating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service and supporting sales efforts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and knowledge of cabinetry
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage and assist clients
Experience in Sales, with the ability to recommend appropriate products and design solutions
Detail-oriented and proficient in design software tools
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Previous experience in the retail, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued
