About Us Ardor Printing is a fast-growing print and graphics company specializing in high-impact visual solutions. Our core focus is vehicle wraps and vehicle graphics, along with a wide range of large-format products including banners, signage, decals, flags, tents, and custom printed materials.
We’re known for quality, speed, and professionalism—and we’re looking for a designer who can help drive projects from concept to completion while maintaining that standard.
Position Overview We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who thrives in a production-driven environment and can manage multiple design projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
This is not just a design role—this is a project-driving role. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every design moves efficiently through the pipeline and is completed accurately, on time, and ready for production.
We are open to both:
In‑house designers
(preferred for collaboration and growth)
Remote designers (must be highly self‑managed and responsive)
Available during our business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare files for:
Vehicle wraps and partial wraps
Vehicle lettering and spot graphics
Banners, signs, decals, and stickers
Flags, tents, and event graphics
Take projects from initial concept → client communication → revisions → final production files
Communicate directly with clients via email and phone to:
Gather design requirements
Present proofs
Manage revisions
Manage and update projects within HubSpot CRM
Ensure all files are print‑ready and production‑accurate
Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all projects
Collaborate with sales and production teams to keep projects moving efficiently
Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Illustrator (required)
Adobe Photoshop (required)
Experience with vehicle wrap design and layout (highly preferred)
Understanding of:
Large format printing
File setup, bleed, scaling, and paneling
Experience working in or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and organization
Self‑motivated with a problem‑solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sign shop, print shop, or wrap company
Knowledge of vinyl installation considerations (designing for real‑world application)
Experience with proofing workflows and client approvalsFamiliarity with production workflows and materials (3M, Avery, etc.)
