Junior Product Manager

Insigneo seeks to deliver comprehensive management across the full spectrum of investment products—including SMAs, MAC, discretionary portfolios, mutual funds, offshore funds, ETFs, private markets, and alternative investments—offered throughout the Insigneo network. With a product‑agnostic approach, we will partner closely with each region and channel to understand their unique priorities, driving asset growth and retention across all investment solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

Serve as a subject matter expert across all investment products offered within the Insigneo network, with the ability to clearly articulate the CIO’s investment philosophy, macroeconomic and asset class views, portfolio positioning and rationale, and key performance drivers. Support and contribute to new product initiatives that drive both the tactical and strategic expansion of Insigneo’s investment product suite. Present on product calls and develop high‑quality written communications distributed to Advisors. Work closely with Insigneo’s Market Heads and Senior Relationship Officers (SROs) to drive new investment flows, retain existing assets, and achieve key performance and financial targets. Support distribution and service efforts by responding to investment product inquiries and communicating enhancements to the product offering. Assist with client onboarding to Insigneo’s product solutions and address client questions and requests for information. In coordination with Client Relations, educate and train internal teams and Investment Professionals on the firm’s investment offerings. Develop, maintain, and enhance daily, monthly, and quarterly product metrics and reporting provided to senior management. Incorporate risk and business assessments to strengthen process controls and operational effectiveness. Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes on the business and support change initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance. Support ad hoc research, issue resolution, data requests, and reporting requirements as needed. Provide clear, concise, and timely written and verbal status updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience. Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required. Service‑oriented professional with a strong commitment to resolving client inquiries effectively and efficiently. Experience in product management and/or project management within the financial services industry. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Strong analytical skills with a resourceful, strategic, and solutions‑oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a small, team‑based environment. Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Refinitiv, Excel, and PowerPoint.
