Portfolio Management Associate

A growing real estate private equity firm is seeking a

Portfolio Management Associate

to join its Denver-based team. This role offers high visibility across a diversified portfolio and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models at both asset and operating company levels

Support portfolio valuation, monitoring, and reporting

Work closely with investment, asset management, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, valuation or related fields

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Experience with portfolio-level analysis or asset management is a plus

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
