Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving the company's marketing and communications efforts by developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth. This position helps shape how our brand shows up across channels by developing compelling content, executing social campaigns, and supporting digital amplification efforts across paid and organic platforms. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures cohesive storytelling and consistent messaging across our efforts, while managing and growing our social media presence through content planning, publishing, monitoring, and analyzing performance. Essential Functions Generate ideas for compelling marketing and social campaigns Write and edit copy for social media, blogs, ads, web site, sales, email, and more! Support digital amplification strategies for owned and earned content, including paid and unpaid social, ad campaigns, content, etc. Social Media Develop social media content calendars in collaboration with team Write, schedule, monitor, and moderate social media posts on multiple platforms Competitive research and monitoring; content curation Monitor and analyze data and trends, and report on performance metrics HubSpot Utilize HubSpot's social scheduling features Support efforts around HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and customer relationship management to maximize ROI Data hygiene in HubSpot, including managing contact records, and imports/exports Skills You'll Bring Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and Reddit Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Canva, and Creative Suite Experience using HubSpot CRM or another similar tool Strong attention to detail; strong organizational skills Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies Experience with WordPress or similar platform preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree with two years of related experience, or equivalent combinations of education/certifications and experience What We Offer Medical and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Volunteer Time 401K Options Wellness & Education Reimbursements Training and Development Opportunities Employee Assistance Programs Apply now and be part of something impactful at EIM!
