Job Details Requirements:
3 or 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple properties and teams (Required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, and operations
Ability to prioritize across a multi‑site portfolio
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager
Strong understanding of California landlord‑tenant laws and Fair Housing
