Role Description Do you love talking to people and making friends? Are you competitive and like to win? At Ameritex Movers, we are seeking an energetic, motivated sales individual with a contagious, positive attitude. High energy is a must in our fast-paced sales environment.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Outside Sales Specialist based in Houston, TX and surrounding cities. The individual will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. Key tasks include meeting with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and following through to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves occasional training and collaboration with team members to optimize service offerings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales and Account Management to drive new business and maintain client relationships

Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively address client needs and enhance satisfaction

Experience in Field Service to support in-person client interactions and provide on-site assistance as needed

Ability to maintain high service standards

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.

Previous experience in the moving industry or sales roles is an advantage
