Customer Service Representative
Transdev in Everett, WA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer‑service oriented individuals dedicated to safety.
Position CBA Position: Position subject to collective bargaining agreement.
Starting pay $24.29 with progression to $27.60 over 4 years.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner with accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
Work outdoors in varying temperature, weather, and humidity; 100% of job performed outside, alone, in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
