The Role Plexus Worldwide is seeking a talented Copywriter to bring ideas to life through compelling, clear, and creative content that motivates, inspires, and connects emotionally with our audience. This role requires a strategic storyteller with strong writing skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging, accessible messaging.
The Copywriter will produce consistent, high‑quality copy across multiple channels—ensuring every message, from text messages to full campaigns, tells a cohesive story aligned with Plexus brand voice and business objectives. The role is highly collaborative and fast‑paced.

Effectively leads or participates in kickoff meetings, representing the brand and asking the right strategic questions of stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong understanding of Plexus product foundational systems and priorities.
Produces copy that aligns with product strategy, brand voice, and campaign goals.
Builds effective, cohesive working relationships with Traffic and cross‑functional partners.
Delivers consistent, high‑quality messaging across all channels and formats.
Key Responsibilities
Delivers and executes a full suite of marketing content, including print and collateral materials, email campaigns, web and digital media, scripts for video and events, and community‑driven content.
Provides copy that is clear, connected, and compelling—simplifying complex concepts to make Plexus products and programs accessible and meaningful.
Example: Translating science and ingredient benefits into language that is easy to understand and emotionally resonant.
Constructs continuity of messaging across all materials through close collaboration with the creative team.
Demonstrates excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills, building strong relationships with partners in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Services, and Legal.
Performs effectively under pressure, managing tight turnaround deadlines, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
Clearly articulates messaging decisions and rationale to business stakeholders.
Demonstrates flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
Performance Based Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Four years of professional copywriting and storytelling experience.
Five years of related experience.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment while consistently meeting individual goals and expectations.
Strong ability to articulate ideas and confidently present work to stakeholders and speakers.
Proven ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, feedback cycles, and revisions while delivering accurate, on‑time work.
Exceptional attention to detail and mastery of grammar, voice, and tone.
Demonstrates foresight by anticipating obstacles, communicating proactively, and planning accordingly.
Adept at problem‑solving and working cross‑functionally to drive successful project outcomes.
Values relationships and possesses the ability to influence others through clear, thoughtful communication.
