We are seeking an experienced

Paid & Organic Social Marketing Specialist

to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across social platforms—primarily LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram—for a diverse portfolio of clients.

In this role, you will manage full‑funnel paid social campaigns while also supporting and executing organic social initiatives that enhance brand presence, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities Paid Social Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day paid social initiatives across multiple clients, including campaign planning, setup, budgeting, testing, and optimization.

Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, industry discovery, and provide strategic recommendations.

Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, including marketing managers, account teams, and agency partners.

Oversee budget tracking, bid strategies, tracking code QA, targeting and segmentation, and review/edit ad creative and copy.

Produce detailed reporting, performance analyses, and actionable insights.

Develop holistic cross‑channel social strategies that align with client goals.

Organic Social Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic social content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and audience growth across major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram—plus others as applicable).

Plan, publish, and schedule content using social media management tools.

Create or collaborate on content assets, including social copy, captions, graphics, and short‑form video.

Monitor social channels for trends, opportunities, brand mentions, and engagement.

Analyze organic social metrics and provide insights, strategic recommendations, and monthly performance reports.

Partner with clients or internal teams to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.

Identify opportunities to integrate organic and paid social strategies for cohesive campaign performance.

Additional Expectations

Serve as a product and industry expert in both paid and organic social media marketing.

Demonstrate strong experience with lower‑funnel lead‑gen and ROI‑driven campaigns.

Explore emerging channels, beta programs, and new opportunities to expand client reach.

Utilize automation and optimization tools to improve campaign efficiency.

Maintain ongoing communication with platform representatives and collaborate across SEM, SEO, Analytics, and Account Services teams.

Identify innovative strategies for amplification, targeting, and content distribution.

Requirements

2–3+ years of hands‑on experience with paid social media platforms; organic social experience strongly preferred.

Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills for ad copy, social content, and client deliverables.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Ability to manage large budgets across multiple social platforms.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with in‑platform and backend client data.

Proactive and curious mindset with interest in testing new tools, technologies, and content formats.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and collaborative attitude.

Experience with additional paid channels beyond LinkedIn and Meta is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
