
Associate Corporate Communications Coordinator

The Associate Corporate Communications Coordinator serves as an entry-level foundation builder who supports basic internal and external communication activities under close supervision while learning fundamental communication standards and practices. This role focuses on supporting event coordination and operational tasks that enable the communications team to deliver consistent messaging across all channels. This position provides essential support to the team while building the foundational knowledge needed for career advancement within the corporate communications function.
Essential Functions
Support basic internal communication tasks including newsletter distribution, intranet content updates, and organizational announcements under close supervision
Assist with event logistics coordination for town halls, corporate meetings, and stakeholder briefings with detailed guidance
Maintain communication calendars, filing systems, and project tracking
Help with social media content scheduling and basic monitoring activities in collaboration with team members
Support document preparation, proofreading, and formatting of routine communication materials using established templates
Maintain vendor contact databases and assist with basic stakeholder mapping activities
Learn corporate communication standards, brand guidelines, and style guides through hands‑on application
Participate in team meetings and training programs to develop foundational communication skills and industry knowledge
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication management platforms
Basic understanding of digital communication channels and social media platforms
Meticulous with strong proofreading and editing skills
Preferred
Experience with content management systems and communication tools
Knowledge of AP style and corporate communication best practices
Experience in crisis communication or change management communications
Familiarity with media relations and press release writing

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is: $52,400.00 - $83,800.00
