Responsibilities
Read blueprints and follow install instructions.
Sanding, routing, and prepping wood cabinets.
Refacing wood cabinets.
Install doors using standard Blum hinges.
Master communicator throughout the project, documenting existing damages, project progress, and finished installation.
Installing new kitchen cabinets and vanities.
Arrive early for projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the kitchen remodel industry.
Cabinet refacing experience.
Strong working knowledge and adherence to job‑site safety.
High standard of integrity and professionalism.
Customer‑service driven.
Must be able to pass background screening.
Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have their own truck and tools and be able to take materials to the job site.
