R0007371We are looking for a data-driven game changer attitude with an analytical mindset and natural talent for turning numbers into action. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will connect the dots in data, tell compelling stories and influence smarter business decisions. This is a hybrid position based in San Juan, PR.**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Track and evaluate the execution of deepening strategies and initiatives, measuring effectiveness and customers response.* Analyze customer adoption of products and features to uncover usage trends, opportunities and gaps.* Present findings through engaging reports, automated dashboards and impactful presentations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and impact.* Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.* Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive data from complex datasets.* Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business goals.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.* 1+ year(s) of experience working with data analysis, business strategy, or customer intelligence required. Knowledge in data models and reporting.* Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.* Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.* Data storyteller - Positively influence and support business decision through data interpretation and discovery.* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.* Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required.* Proficiency in Power BI and QuickSight, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports highly preferred.**WORK AUTHORIZATION & ELEGIBILITY:*** Legally authorized to work in the US is required.
