Marketing Specialist
JTM Products Inc, Solon, OH, United States
JTM Products is building the next phase of its growth and looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive it. This role sits at the intersection of B2B (contractors, distributors, and specifiers) and B2C (Amazon, Walmart, and digital channels). You will take products from the jobsite to the digital shelf and turn visibility into conversion.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role focused on driving revenue, improving performance, and building a scalable marketing engine.
What You Will Do: E-Commerce & Digital Growth
Own and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms
Improve conversion through SEO, content, images, and customer‑focused messaging
Manage and optimize ad spend with clear ROI accountability
Analyze performance data and continuously improve results
Develop targeted campaigns aligned with sales priorities and key accounts
Support contractors, distributors, and specifiers with effective marketing materials
Create case studies and application‑driven content to support field sales
Translate technical product features into clear, compelling value propositions
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Execute targeted email campaigns tied to revenue priorities
Own lead tracking and ensure disciplined follow‑up
Build and refine customer segmentation across B2B and B2C audiences
Content, Brand & Product Marketing
Create content that bridges contractor use cases with end‑user understanding
Support website updates and product page optimization
Ensure consistency across packaging, labels, and digital assets
Social Media & Paid Campaigns
Execute focused content strategy across LinkedIn and Facebook
Support paid campaigns tied directly to product launches and revenue goals
Develop video and digital content with clear audience intent
General Marketing Support
Support internal marketing needs including flyers, labels, and event materials
Collaborate across teams to align marketing with sales and operations
How You Will Be Measured: This role is accountable to outcomes, not activity. Success will be measured through:
Growth in e‑commerce revenue and improved conversion performance
Effectiveness of digital campaigns and return on ad spend
Generation and timely follow‑up of qualified leads
Consistent execution of high‑impact marketing initiatives
Why This Role:
High ownership with direct impact on revenue
Opportunity to build and scale e‑commerce and digital channels
Exposure across both B2B and B2C markets
Clear path to grow into a broader marketing leadership role
What You Bring:
2 - 5 years of marketing experience with exposure to B2B and/or B2C environments
Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and Walmart
Strong understanding of content, conversion, and customer behavior
Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling messaging
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
Experience with content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Bias toward execution, ownership, and continuous improvement
If you are someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and wants to see the direct impact of your work in the market, we would like to hear from you!
