Salary Range:

$100,000 – $160,000 (salary determined by experience)

This position provides executive oversight and strategic direction for the Rental Development, Community Development and Revitalization, Housing Solutions, and Asset Management divisions.

The most highly qualified candidates will have knowledge of laws and regulations governing federal funding sources administered by the agency including National Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant Program, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, the Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), private activity bonds, Continuum of Care and State Housing Trust Fund. Knowledge of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations governing the Consolidated Plan and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. Knowledge of Section 42 of the Department of Treasury as it relates to the administration of the LIHTC program. Knowledge of principles and practices of employee management and engagement. Knowledge of housing development and finance, contract management, asset management and compliance related to affordable multifamily housing.
