As a Podcast Content Strategy Senior Associate on the Business Banking Marketing team you will assist in business case approval, reviewing and editing discussion guides, transcripts and audio ads, managing production schedules, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and documenting approvals. You will support the content pipeline and think strategically and creatively on projects. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Communications, iHeartMedia, and external agencies to produce inspirational audio content and a promotional media plan for The Unshakeables podcast. The Unshakeables is an award-winning podcast highlighting stories from small business owners across America who faced challenges and used heart, humility and hustle to propel forward.
Job responsibilities
Manage the editorial strategy and content calendar for The Unshakeables, aligning themes, guests, and storylines with brand and advocacy goals Coordinate scheduling with the Business Banking CEO’s Administrative Assistant and iHeartMedia production team Develop, review, and refine discussion guides, transcripts, and audio ad copy to ensure clarity, narrative cohesion, brand voice consistency, and compliance. Translate local client stories into nationally resonant episodes that position Chase for Business as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Manage end-to-end production workflows: scheduling, milestones, asset tracking, quality control, and delivery—coordinating with iHeartMedia and internal stakeholders. Build and execute a promotional media plan with iHeartMedia; manage launch cadence and creative trafficking with agency partners Communicate go to market plan with key stakeholders Support business case development and approval; track budgets, timelines, and KPIs Lead the processes for talent, regulatory and legal reviews and maintain audit-ready documentation of approvals Monitor performance (e.g., downloads, completion rate, media pacing) and synthesize insights to inform content and media optimization. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Strong editorial or copywriting background with hands‑on experience in audio or podcast content development. Proven project management and organizational skills; thrives under tight deadlines while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and actionable messaging for small business audiences. Familiarity with podcast production workflows and artifacts (scripts, show notes, transcripts, ad reads) and collaboration with external media partners. Comfortable operating in a regulated environment with meticulous attention to detail across reviews, approvals and documentation. Strong interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management across marketing, communications, legal/compliance, and agency/vendor partners. Demonstrated curiosity and ability to thrive on change Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Financial services and/or small business audience experience. Exposure to podcast media planning and measurement (brand lift studies, audience analytics). Working knowledge of collaboration and asset management tools; basic familiarity with audio file types and production terminology.
