Job Summary The SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing‑execution, risk‑related, and administrative tasks as assigned/as necessary. Works under limited supervision to support smaller and/or less complex issues, clients, accounts, projects, analyses, or internal relationships. Brings an innovative, growth mindset to enhance overall team performance.
Responsibilities
Works under limited direction/supervision; more autonomy
Analyze, summarize, interpret complex data; move from findings to conclusions
Basic understanding of client strategy and business and financial knowledge
Solid writing skills; can cohesively present and organize information in support of findings
Solid presentation development; thoughtful organization of content; audience typically within Client Insights and Marketing
Supports Client Insights & Marketing Leadership and team; some LOB client interaction
Coordinates with internal and external business partners including line of business partners, analytics, creative services, agencies, compliance, and leadership to support execution of an effective marketing plan.
Developing influencing skills through data interpretation and findings
Fundamental understanding of specialized marketing discipline
Provide timely and effective communication to team members to ensure awareness and commitment to defined marketing initiatives.
Effectively recognize and elevate potential risk. Have a handle on all team control procedures, testing, and processes where applicable
Assist with maintaining internal policies and procedures including updating and drafting training materials as needed.
Consumer LOB Specific Experience Requirements:
Supports marketing planning and execution for assigned product line(s) while adhering to established procedures
Administrative support to marketing team as needed
Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience (required)
Experience Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of traditional and digital creative marketing development process
Understanding of banking products and segment needs
Capable of working on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong oral & written communication skills

Physical Demands
General Office – Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
