This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO for a Landscape Designer. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative landscape and hardscape plans, including planting plans and site designs. The role involves working closely with clients, team members, and contractors to execute projects that meet high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities will include consultations, preparing design documentation, and overseeing the implementation of designs to completion on various residential and commercial projects. Qualifications

Proficiency in Landscape Design and Landscape Architecture techniques and software Experience with Hardscape and Planting Plans, including material selection and layout In-depth knowledge of Landscaping practices, including grading, drainage, and plant selection Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with clients and team members Ability to work on-site and manage projects effectively from design to implementation Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of sustainable design and environmental considerations in landscaping Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools is a plus
