Associate Merchant – Men’s
Location: Bentonville, AR (Relocation Required) At Walmart, we help people save money so they can live better. As an Associate Merchant – Men’s, you’ll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you buy come to life in stores. Part visionary and part strategist, you’ll be the expert for your category and leverage the scale and access of the Walmart system to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers. Setting category strategy (store-first): helping establish strategy, managing budgets to drive profitable growth, and using vision and creativity to improve the in-store customer experience Partnering cross-functionally: collaborating with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing to launch new products for National Brands Building relationships: using influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and internal business partners Driving key merchant decisions: supporting decisions across assortment, modular/space, pricing, promotions, replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, and store operations Knowing your category: staying close to customer insights and supplier capabilities, tracking trends, and identifying what’s next for the men’s business Benefits & Perks
