What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and manage sales territory, achieving annual sales targets
Provide expert product knowledge and support for luminaires and lighting applications
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, specifiers, and contractors
Monitor and track major projects to enhance product exposure and success Assist in the development and execution of training programs and promotional events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Lighting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Architecture
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in professional sales or technical support, including at least 5 years in architectural facade lighting
Strong knowledge of facade lighting, selling techniques, and marketing strategies
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced knowledge of consultative selling techniques and distribution channels
Experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring within sales environments
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management processes
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
Technical knowledge of competitor products and market dynamics
