As a Territory Growth Representative, you'll spearhead our market entry into Ohio by generating leads, building relationships with healthcare offices and decision-makers, and closing new business. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is energized by winning new business, and wants ownership of their own success.

Opportunity for promotion to Account Manager for Ohio clients based on performance

Incentive Structure Territory Growth Representatives who develop new client relationships may earn a percentage of the revenue generated by those accounts. Once a prospect becomes an active client, the Territory Growth Representative receives a percentage of the revenue the client generates. As client utilization and revenue grow over time, the incentive earnings increase accordingly.

Essential Functions

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in‑person prospect visits.

Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow‑ups, within the company’s CRM system.

Partner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.

Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning.

Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership.

Develop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messaging.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and track performance.

Ability to read, speak, and hear English.

Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentations.

Reliable transportation required.

Previous sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service‑based industries preferred).
