Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, primarily based in Hammonton, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure contractual obligations are met by coordinating service delivery. Responsibilities will include managing communication with both clients and vendors, ensuring quality control, creating service plans, analyzing performance metrics, addressing client inquiries, and implementing solutions. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality results across client portfolios. Qualifications

Account management and client service skills to effectively build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors. Project management, time management, and organizational skills for overseeing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for resolving client and vendor issues efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience in facilities management, exterior services, or service industries is a plus. Ability to analyze data and create performance-driven reports to improve service delivery. Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
