What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define critical markets and develop key relationships in the assigned sales territory

Prepare and present internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) to grow sales and improve customer service

Promote and sell value-added services, supply chain, and full life cycle programs

Utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle to manage sales activities

Collaborate with key suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve existing business challenges

What is Required (Qualifications)

Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience

In-depth knowledge and experience in the electronics industry

Ability to solve complex problems and develop strategic plans for assigned accounts

Capability to work independently with minimal guidance

Experience in providing informal guidance to junior staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics sector

Proven track record of driving sales growth and demand creation

Experience in leading regular business reviews with major customers

Familiarity with supply chain management and value-added services

Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and suppliers
