What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Customize product marketing-approved positioning for specific B2B buyer types and agency audiences
Build enablement materials that showcase the effectiveness of epocrates’ audience-driven solutions
Develop and maintain core sales enablement materials, including pitch decks and messaging guides
Design and deliver training programs that empower sellers to articulate the value of epocrates’ offerings
Capture frontline feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product Marketing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial marketing
Proven experience supporting B2B sales teams in complex sales environments
Strong ability to translate strategy into practical sales tools
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting healthcare, pharma, media, or ad tech sales teams
Familiarity with RFP processes and enterprise sales cycles
Background in sales, account management, or client success
Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools
