About the Role Responsible for managing a team that sells business system products and services, including black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions, and related software. This role requires the manager to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Metaire, LA to effectively execute job responsibilities.

Manages a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.

Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives to success.

Achieves 100% of quota through management of a team.

Sets clear goals and allows deadlines to be met in a timely manner.

Responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plans and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, and coordinating ride days with representatives.

Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.

Maintains and manages all assigned company assets (e.g., cellphone, laptop, promo book).

Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Performs other duties as assigned.

About You

Bachelor's degree required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).

Progressive responsibility in sales, industry, and marketing experience.

Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.

Compensation and Benefits Anticipated base salary range: $61,800 – $92,520 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy, with earnings varying by quota assigned (at 100% of plan). The role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
